From the Job Site
Rick breaks down how ICF (insulated concrete form) construction works and why we use it for ADU and custom home foundations. Filmed on-site at a current ADU project in North Andover, MA.
ICF foundations provide superior insulation, structural strength, and moisture resistance compared to traditional poured concrete - key advantages for New England construction where freeze-thaw cycles and energy efficiency matter.
