The final reveal

Inside the finished home

Explore the primary suite, bathrooms, family spaces, and the details that connect them.

The primary suite

White-oak beams frame the ceiling. Built-ins fit into the nooks, while the closets make space for storage and a makeup vanity.

The primary bathroom

The wood vanity and brass finishes sit alongside handmade Zellige tile. An arched shower niche and separate toilet room complete the suite.

Bathrooms and spaces for the family

The renovation reached beyond the addition. Board and batten, marble floors, and shiplap carry through the guest bathroom, children's bathroom, and nursery.

The balcony beyond the bedroom

A double slider connects the primary suite to the balcony and the view across the open landscape.

We found Bradford Construction in October 2025 through our attorney, who recommended them while helping us with an unrelated matter. They were a newer company, and we had never worked with a contractor before, so it was a leap of faith on both sides. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made.

From the first walkthrough we were impressed by Rick, the owner, and Jack, the project manager. Our project was a big one: a complete renovation of the second floor of our home to add bedrooms and bathrooms, plus an ADU above the garage for the primary suite. Rick told us, “We can do anything you want. We can make your dreams come true on this house.” I assumed it was a canned line. It wasn’t. From shiplap to exposed beams to repurposing hardwood we had saved from another project, they figured out how to do everything we asked, and did it creatively.

What truly sets them apart is communication. I owned a company with 35 warehouse locations and dealt with vendors constantly, and I have never encountered a contractor with communication this good. Updates were constant and our questions were answered almost instantly. Jack is the best project manager I’ve ever worked with, and his customer service is outstanding.

They also brought in a strong architecture firm to draw up the plans, and partway through added DeAndre, their interior designer, who was a great addition to the team.

A project this extensive and multifaceted takes time, and ours did. But we were kept in the loop at every step, and the finished product speaks for itself: beautiful and functional. When issues came up with subcontractors, as they do on any large job, Bradford handled them behind the scenes and made sure everything was made right. Everyone who came on site was friendly and communicative.

We genuinely enjoyed working with them and would hire them again without hesitation. They are the real deal.
