We remodel bathrooms in three regions from our base in Plaistow, NH. The homes differ from town to town, and so do the problems we find when the old bathroom comes out.
Bathroom Remodeling on the North Shore, MA
Newburyport, Amesbury, and Newbury are a short drive from our Plaistow office, so site visits and inspections are easy to schedule. In Beverly, our crew renovated a full first floor on a tight timeline, with one project manager running the flooring, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Bathroom Remodeling in the Merrimack Valley, MA
Haverhill and the nearby towns have plenty of 1950s Capes and older homes that can hide poor venting and moisture damage behind the walls. When our crew opened up a 1950s Cape in Haverhill, they found black mold from a poorly vented attic. That is why we update what is behind the wall, not just the finishes on top. In West Newbury, a whole-home rebuild added a fully tiled shower and new vanity. In Georgetown, we built a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a zero-clearance shower so the owners could age in place.

Bathroom Remodeling in Southern New Hampshire
Our office is in Plaistow, so Southern NH is close to home. New Hampshire towns run their own building permits and inspections, and we handle that paperwork the same way we do in Massachusetts. In Exeter, we designed and built a custom home with a hallway bath finished in statement wallpaper and an upstairs bathroom.

Custom Home Bathrooms
Part of a custom home we designed in-house and built on farmland in Exeter. The hallway bath got bold statement wallpaper, and the upstairs bathroom was finished as part of the same build.

Tiled Shower in a Whole-Home Rebuild
This cottage near the Plum Island line needed a new structure from the inside out. With most of the house already open, the owners added a fully tiled shower, a new vanity, and all new fixtures.

Accessible First-Floor Bathroom
An aging-in-place renovation that made the first floor safe to live on. We built a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a zero-clearance shower, rebuilt unsafe stairs to code, and laid out a first-floor bedroom with room to move.
We used dust containment and air scrubbers throughout to keep the home clean during construction.

Local to MA and NH
Based in Plaistow, NH and working across the North Shore, the Merrimack Valley, and Southern New Hampshire. We know the local building codes, permit offices, and the kinds of homes found throughout the region.
How Much Does a Bathroom Remodel Cost on the North Shore and in the Merrimack Valley?
Most full bathroom remodels we build run about $25,000 to $45,000. A partial update can start near $8,000, and a luxury master bath can reach $60,000 or more.
Many homeowners have been burned by contractors who lowball the estimate and then add charges halfway through. That is not how we work. Every project starts with a detailed, itemized proposal that breaks down materials, labor, permits, and project management, so you know what you are investing before any work begins. If you want to upgrade fixtures or add features during construction, every cost change is approved by you in writing first.
What Affects Your Bathroom Remodel Cost:
- Size and layout of existing bathroom
- Structural changes (moving plumbing lines, electrical work)
- Material selections (tile quality, fixture brands, custom vs. stock vanity)
- Special features (heated floors, steam shower, custom tile work)
- Massachusetts permit fees (typically $150–$400 for bathroom projects)
- Age of home and condition of existing systems
"Every idea we had and every wish on our list was granted, and our project was delivered on-time and within budget."
